Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of experience in home infusion and infusion centers.
• Preferred experience with IV Immunoglobulins and IV Biologics.
• Current CPR and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home infusion therapy visits with patients.
• Provide telephone and in-person patient education.
• Prepare clinical/nursing notes and document interventions.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments.
