Qualifications

• Minimum one year of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy services in patients' homes.
• Complete speech-language pathology evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Address dysphagia and cognitive-communication deficits.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members.
• Collaborate with nurses and therapists.
• Maintain timely documentation.
