Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year HHA experience.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Current physical exam (within 1 year).
• Valid PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years).
• Proof of MMR immunization (within 10 years).
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption.
• Driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities
