Hartford HealthCare is seeking a per diem Geriatrician to join a well-established, statewide geriatrics service serving Hartford and central CT. Inpatient and outpatient/SNF coverage options, with a mutually agreeable per diem schedule.

You will join a 20+ provider geriatrics team in a supportive system offering professional development and a collaborative work environment across multiple facilities in the Hartford area.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible).
• BC/BE Geriatrics certification/eligibility.

Education

Connecticut medical license

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Geriatrics
