Job summary

Oasis-Habilitation in New Jersey seeks compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for per diem, flexible schedule positions supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.

You'll provide direct support, assist with daily living skills, encourage community participation, and document progress notes while collaborating with families and team members to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Experience in DSP, caregiving, or human services is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to complete required background checks and training.
