Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a per diem, hourly role with flexible scheduling. The position offers in-person and hybrid opportunities and compensation of $85–$95 per hour based on experience.

This role emphasizes clinical excellence, client progress, and collaboration with families and schools. You will deliver evidence-based ABA services, supervise RBTs/BCaBAs, and maintain thorough documentation in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
  • State licensure where applicable.
  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation for in-person services and travel when required.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
  • Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
  • Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
  • Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.
