Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, or community settings, following plans designed by a supervising BCBA. You will collect data, document progress, and maintain a supportive session environment while communicating with families and supervisors.

The role offers flexible per diem scheduling and local opportunities across New Jersey, with hands-on training and supervisory support to help you grow in the field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.
• RBT certification a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.
• Follow treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive session environment.
• Communicate with families and supervisors effectively.
