Job summary

AdventHealth Medical Group in Orlando, FL is seeking a pediatrician to provide coverage for an established practice at Waterford Lakes. The position may shift to other AHMG locations based on patient access and operational priorities.

Ideal candidates hold an active Florida license, board certification in pediatrics or eligibility, and experience supervising APNs/PAs. A highly competitive salary and benefits package, including malpractice coverage, health insurance for family, relocation, CME

Qualifications

• Active FL medical license (or ability to secure active licensure).
• Board Certification in Pediatrics (or Board Eligibility if <3 years out of training).
• Experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APRN/PA-C).
• Proficiency with minor office-based procedures per AAP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Shared practice call coverage for evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work a set schedule, incl. early mornings and/or evenings.
• Flexibility to provide coverage at Waterford Lakes or other AHMG locations.
