Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in Staten Island, NY is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our pediatric team. You will provide therapy and evaluations in homes, clinics, and community settings, helping children reach their goals.

We offer flexible scheduling, a supportive clinical supervision team, paperless billing training, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k. Starting rates per evaluation range from $135 to $190 hourly.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for working with children and families.
• Self-motivated and a team player who exercises patience and professionalism.
• Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric therapy services and/or evaluations to children aged birth–21 years in natural settings.
• Educate families and caregivers on applicable intervention strategies to facilitate involvement and carry-over.
• Work in diverse settings such as client homes, daycare centers, preschools, clinics and community settings.
• Follow the therapy plan, plan ongoing treatment, address goals and document progress.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain child records with confidentiality.
