Job summary

Achieve Beyond is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to serve in Suffolk, NY. You will evaluate and provide pediatric therapy in homes, clinics, and community settings, helping children from birth to 21 years reach their communication goals.

The role offers a flexible schedule, supportive supervision, and access to our paperless billing and data collection tools. NYS licensure is required; bilingual ability is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• NY State Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Passion for working with children and families
• Willingness to work across diverse settings and travel to cases
• Ability to collaborate with teams and adhere to HIPAA regulations

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric therapy services and/or evaluations to children birth–21 years in homes, clinics, and community settings
• Educate families and caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate carry-over
• Follow individualized therapy plans and document progress, planning ongoing treatment and goals
• Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate child records with confidentiality
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations and timelines
