Job summary

Tummy Time Academy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work 1-on-1 with children aged 0-3, scheduling around your life. You will travel to families' homes, daycares, or other settings to provide therapy and guide families on activities to support development.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, complete progress notes, and participate in annual evaluations with a separate team handling evaluations. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling and burnout prevention.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license.
• Active driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 occupational therapy to children 0-3 in their everyday settings (home, daycare, playground, library).
• Travel to session locations.
• Reflect with families on progress since last session.
• Observe and assess child skills related to goals.
• Demonstrate exercises by adapting play to address fine motor, sensory, play, and regulation goals.
• Guide families on integrating activities into daily routines to reach goals.
• Share and review session notes with families using family-friendly language via provided tech/email.
• Collaborate with other professionals on multi-disciplinary team to update OT plan.
