Job summary

All About Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide child-centered OT services in natural environments across Durham, Raleigh, and surrounding areas. This role offers flexible scheduling with part-time, PRN, and expanded caseload options to fit your life.

You’ll work directly with families and educators, building meaningful, play-based therapy plans that promote development and independence in real-world settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active North Carolina OT license or eligibility required.
• Experience with pediatrics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized pediatric OT in homes, daycares, schools, and community settings.
• Conduct evaluations and standardized assessments.
• Develop functional, individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based, evidence-informed therapy.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and educators to support progress in the child’s everyday environment.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation.
• Coordinate with other members of the child’s care team.
