Job summary

Milenis Home Care is seeking compassionate Pediatric Caregivers to support children and families in homes across South Palm Beach County, including Boca Raton and Delray Beach. Roles are PRN, part-time, and full-time with biweekly pay, offering RN-supervised care and paid orientation.

Compensation ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, with local assignments and a supportive management team. Background screening and health documentation are required by Florida regulations.

Qualifications

• Florida home-care employment requirements including background screening and health documentation.
• Patient, nurturing, dependable, professional, safety-conscious, and genuinely enjoy working with children.
• Previous experience in childcare, daycare, preschool, nanny care, ABA, autism support, special-needs care, HHA/CNA, or pediatric care is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Supervision, companionship, and child safety
• Bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care
• Meal and snack preparation
• Feeding and mobility assistance as needed
• Reading, games, crafts, and age-appropriate activities
• Supporting established family routines
• Autism and special-needs support
• Light housekeeping related to the child's care
• Documentation and communication with families and the Milenis team
