Job summary

Milenis Home Care is seeking dedicated Pediatric Caregivers to support children in their West Palm Beach community. Positions include PRN, part-time and full-time with flexible schedules and a pay range of $20.00–$25.00 per hour.

You’ll receive weekly pay, paid orientation, ongoing pediatric training, and opportunities for career growth. Ideal candidates are compassionate, patient, and dependable with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass Level 2 Background Screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and keep children safe.
• Provide personal care assistance as needed.
• Assist with feeding and nutrition.
• Engage in age-appropriate play and developmental activities.
• Support homework and learning activities.
• Transport children to appointments.
• Provide medication reminders as permitted.
• Light housekeeping related to the child and home coordination.
• Communicate clearly with parents and document visits.
• Support children with autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and other special healthcare needs.

Preferred:

• HHA or CNA certification
• CPR & First Aid
• Experience with special needs children
• Experience in childcare, education, ABA therapy, pediatric therapy, or pediatric healthcare
• English required; Spanish or Creole is a plus
