Job summary

Caterpillar's Union City distribution center in Atlanta, GA is hiring for a flexibly scheduled, on-demand Warehouse Associate. Join a team that values safety, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Choose days, nights, or weekends with a minimum 10 hours and up to 19 hours per week. Compensation is $20.60 per hour, paid weekly, with potential to move to full-time after a 90-day probation and based on availability.

Responsibilities

• Pick & Pack Deliveries – safely handle receipt, storage, picking, packing and shipping of parts and supplies.
• Scan & Update – use handheld scanners to log and manage inventory in real time.
• Operate Warehouse Vehicles – learn to drive cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, or overhead cranes where available.
• Prime & Prep – use pneumatic and power tools to build crates and apply rust-preventative coatings.
• Clean On-the-Go – perform ongoing housekeeping to keep the workspace organized and safe.

What You’ll Do
