Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Wait Staff Non-Tipped at Holy Family Manor. The role involves delivering attentive, friendly service and handling the menu with care. This is a part-time position with varying shifts and open availability preferred.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, 0–1 year experience, and the ability to stand or walk for long periods. Some locations may require alcohol-service certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 1 year related experience.
• Must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol based on local city and state regulations.
• May require a valid alcohol-service certification (TIPS/TEAM) or equivalent, and must comply with state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and introduce specials or menu changes.
• Provide recommendations on meals, beverages, and wine, and answer questions about menu items and allergens.
• Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen and process them in order.
• Check items for quality and presentation.
• Monitor guest needs and address concerns professionally.
• Significant walking or mobility required; may exceed 8 hours per shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally as needed.
• Attend shifts on time and fulfill duties as assigned.
