Job summary

Ensemble Schools is seeking a fun, experienced voice and piano instructor to teach part-time at Flatts and Sharpe Music Company in Norwood Park, IL. This in-person role offers flexible hours within our open schedule, with Thursday and Sunday availability preferred.

Candidates should hold a degree in piano or music performance, pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience, and demonstrate a love of teaching young musicians.

• Strong love of teaching and ability to work with young musicians.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to pass a routine background check.

Responsibilities

• Teach voice and piano in-person at Flatts and Sharpe Music Company in Norwood Park, IL.
• Set and manage availability within our open hours; Thursday and Sunday preferred.
• Maintain consistent schedules and communicate clearly with students and staff.
• Provide a welcoming, professional learning environment for beginners to advanced students.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.
