IndeVets in Massachusetts is offering part-time veterinary opportunities (1–3 days per week) with a guaranteed salary and scheduling control. You’ll work across trusted partner hospitals while receiving central scheduling support, professional guidance, and a strong emphasis on physician autonomy.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program.
• Active license to practice veterinary medicine.
• DEA or CSA license if required for your state.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in a small animal setting.
• Confidence in practicing independently.
• Excellent communication with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide veterinary care across varied hospital settings as part of IndeVets network.
• Maintain strong client relationships and communicate treatment plans clearly.
• Work with centralized scheduling and leadership to ensure smooth patient care.
• Support collaboration with colleagues while enjoying schedule flexibility.
