Job summary

IndeVets is redefining veterinary careers by offering a part-time W-2 model with a guaranteed salary and a schedule you control. Work 1–3 days per week with biweekly pay, benefits, and central scheduling coordination to reduce administrative load.

You’ll practice across trusted partner hospitals, gaining diverse clinical experience while maintaining stability with one employer. Leadership, mentorship, and support—including a veterinary social worker and ongoing CE—are provided to help you grow.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program.
• Active license (or ability to obtain).
• DEA license (as applicable).
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting.
• Confidence practicing independently.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
