Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel while following site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of commercial properties and monitor entrances and common areas.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report access concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner and follow reporting procedures.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain activity logs for patrols and incidents.
