• Accurately processes financial transactions and fulfills customer requests in a timely manner.
• Addresses customer issues, escalates when needed, and ensures compliance with policies.
• Maintains a clean, organized teller area and protects confidential information.
• Participates in required trainings including departmental, security, and banking regulation training.
