Job summary

The Honey Baked Ham Company, LLC is hiring part-time team members for seasonal roles. We offer truly flexible schedules and a friendly, casual work environment suited for students, teachers, and everyone seeking extra income.

As a team member, you will assist customers across phone, catering and in-store dining; help with food preparation; and uphold our standards of service, cleanliness and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior customer service or food preparation experience preferred - experience as a cook, cashier, crew member, sales associate or store associate is a big plus!

Responsibilities

• Assist customers (phone, catering, lunch and in-store) with friendly, polite service.
• Help with food preparation for lunch, catering and retail ham and turkey.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and suggest add-ons to drive sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Take initiative and stay productive throughout shifts.
• Follow all processes, safety and workplace policies.
