The Honey Baked Ham Company, LLC in Plano, TX is hiring for part-time, seasonal roles with truly flexible schedules to fit student, family, or other commitments. Stores operate Monday through Saturday 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Sundays are closed.

You will assist customers in person and over the phone, help with food preparation, and promote product features to drive add-on sales. We value good communication, attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior customer service or food preparation experience preferred (cook, cashier, crew member, sales/store associate).

Responsibilities

• Assist phone customers, catering and in-store customers with friendly service.
• Assist with food preparation for lunch, catering and retail ham and turkey.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive add-on sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Follow processes and procedures; adhere to safety and respectful workplace policies.
