Job summary

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior customer service or food preparation experience preferred.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, customer service, grocery or hotel is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist phone, catering, in-store lunch and in-store retail customers with excellent service.
• Assist with food preparation, including lunch, catering and retail ham and turkey.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and suggest add-on sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Take initiative and stay productive during shift; assume responsibility for activities within control.
• Follow all processes and company safety/quality policies.
