Job summary

The Honey Baked Ham Company, LLC is seeking a part-time team member to deliver friendly customer service and assist with food preparation. The role supports in-store, catering and retail customers, offering flexible schedules to fit around school, family, or other commitments.

Strong product knowledge and courteous communication are valued as you help upsell items and maintain tidy merchandising standards in a busy retail environment. Training and ongoing teamwork are provided.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or food preparation experience preferred.
• Experience as a cook, cashier, crew member, or store associate is a big plus.
• Bring restaurant, retail, customer service, grocery or hotel experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers across phone, catering, in-store lunch and retail channels with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Help with food preparation for lunch, catering and retail ham and turkey items.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and suggest add-on items to boost sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Follow all company procedures, safety rules and respectful workplace policies.
• Work productively across entire shift and take responsibility for tasks.
