BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Special Needs Caregivers / DSPs to join our Concord, NC team. You will work one-on-one in home and community settings, providing companionship and mentoring to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, helping them reach their full potential.

We offer part-time roles with flexible scheduling across shift locations and times, with competitive pay starting at $15/hr and mileage reimbursement options.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience working with intellectual and development disabilities; training may be available through apprentice program.
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming).
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments.
• Spend time on the client’s hobbies and activities.
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation.
• Participate in community integration activities.
