Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors.
• Greet visitors, verify IDs, issue credentials, and maintain records.
• Monitor lobby, observe activity, and report concerns.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly following protocols.
• Maintain a professional healthcare reception environment.
