Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and/or deliveries entering the logistics and distribution location in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry credentials while maintaining accurate visitor and delivery records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner; document and report observations according to site policy.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
