Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Operations in Elizabethtown, KY. This position offers flexible, dependable hours with a fixed anchor shift and the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $15.00 per hour. The role supports a part-time schedule with potential to scale to more hours while maintaining consistency and income stability at a commercial real estate site.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or clients as part of security procedures.
• Must adhere to site policies and emergency response actions when required.
• Be able to observe and report security-related conditions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, entrances, common areas, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and provide directions or assistance to occupants and guests.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and security-related observations.
