Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Medical Environment Flex in Henderson, NV to provide reliable security at a healthcare facility with fixed shifts and optional additional shifts via our scheduling platform. This role emphasizes de-escalation, safety of patients and staff, and prompt incident reporting.

Applicants should have at least one year of security experience and must pass required background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A background check is required by law and company policy.
• Drug screen will be conducted as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist hospital staff with de-escalation of situations and restrain combative individuals as needed.
• Transport deceased patients to the morgue when required.
• Escort patients from helicopter pad to the emergency room.
• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff and vendors while following site policies.
