Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Guest Services in Wilmington, DE. This role offers reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility to pick up extra shifts. Pay rate is $19.00 per hour.

Schedule: DayTime Sat 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM. Responsibilities include front desk duties, visitor management, access control, incident response, and customer service to tenants and visitors.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors and client representatives per site procedures.
• Staff the front desk, greet visitors, verify IDs, issue visitor credentials, and maintain visitor logs.
• Monitor entry activity and access-control systems to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and tenant concerns per site protocols.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors and vendors about site activity.
