Qualifications

At least 2 years of security-related experience required.
Access control/badge experience preferred.
CPR certification preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Background check as part of employment.
Drug screen as permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and document observations.
Conduct regular patrols of commercial real estate common areas, entrances, and parking facilities.
Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures.
Report maintenance concerns and security-related issues observed.
