The position emphasizes customer service, access control, and on-site safety. A six-month anchor shift is typical, with potential to scale to up to 40 hours per week as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency using computers or tablets for daily tasks (email, document management, and site software).
• Customer service experience is essential for professional communication with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by enforcing site access procedures and emergency response as needed.
• Monitor entry/exit points at a production location, verify authorized access, and maintain visitor/contractor records.
• Screen deliveries and coordinate access for vendors and drivers per facility procedures.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify site contacts or emergency personnel as directed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, perimeters, parking areas, and exterior grounds to deter unauthorized activity.
