Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Enhanced Alarm Panel Operator in New Holland, PA. The role offers flexible hours with fixed shifts and opportunities to pick up additional shifts through the scheduling platform to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $19.00 per hour. Responsibilities include access control, badge management, alarm panel operation, and delivering high-quality customer service to employees and visitors.

Qualifications

• Experience with access control systems and badge management.
• Experience with alarm panel systems, activation/deactivation, troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with computers or tablets for daily tasks and data entry.
• Strong customer service skills and experience handling inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors per site procedures.
• Manage access control by verifying credentials, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining records.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate concerns per site procedures.
• Monitor access points and delivery traffic at a food and beverage location to support controlled movement.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas and perimeter.
