Job summary

Lamers Bus Lines in Wisconsin is seeking dependable people to become School Bus Drivers on flexible part-time routes. Youll safely transport students to and from school, drive sports teams and charters when needed, and help create a positive, safe environment in the community.

No prior professional driving experience is required; Lamers provides paid CDL training with experienced instructors, a monthly safety and attendance bonus, a 401(k) retirement plan, and opportunities to earn extra hours

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license held for at least 4 years.
• Good driving record.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Friendly, reliable, and punctual.
• Must complete a background check, drug screening, and physical exam.
• No professional driving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting students to and from school on assigned routes.
• Driving sports teams, groups, and charters to events.
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections.
• Creating a safe, positive environment for every student and passenger.
• Becoming a familiar and trusted face in the community you serve.
