Lamers Bus Lines in Houghton, MI is hiring a School Bus Driver on a part-time, flexible schedule. No professional driving experience required; training is provided to help you earn your CDL while you work and serve your community.

You will safely transport students on routes, support sports teams and events, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and contribute to a positive, trusted presence in the neighborhood.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license held for at least 4 years.
• Good driving record.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Friendly, reliable, and punctual.
• Must complete a background check, drug screening, and physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting students to and from school on assigned routes.
• Driving sports teams, groups, and charters to events.
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections.
• Creating a safe, positive environment for every student and passenger.
• Becoming a familiar and trusted face in the community you serve.
