Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.
• Must have an active or eligible Washington State Physical Therapist license.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based physical therapy services to students.
• Complete evaluations and assessments as appropriate.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Support students' mobility, positioning, accessibility, and functional participation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to students' educational plans.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, special education staff, and other providers.
• Travel between nearby school buildings as needed.
