Job summary

The Princeton Review is seeking an SAT instructor for a flexible part-time role. You will teach test-prep skills and strategies to help students maximize their potential and gain admission to their dream schools, delivering sessions online and in-person.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or current pursuit, excellent oral and written communication, and the ability to work weekday daytimes (with evenings/weekends sometimes). Training is provided and compensation is hourly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or pursuing one.
• Excellent oral and communication skills.
• Availability for program schedules: usually weekday daytimes, sometimes evenings/weekends.
• Interest in teaching both online and in-person.
• Expected to work in-person programs when requested.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and computer in a reliably quiet location.
• Able to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in a dynamic and supportive manner, adapting to students’ needs and keeping them engaged with the material.
• Motivate students through a results oriented Princeton Review curriculum to build stronger learners.
• Model professionalism and accountability by showing up to class on time and replying to students promptly.
• Create an open, safe, and positive learning environment.
