• Offer personalized recommendations based on customer needs and guide them to relevant merchandise.
• Promote store membership program and suggestive selling while staying informed about product availability.
• Maintain attractive and organized product displays to support visual merchandising standards.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Perform inventory tasks including restocking and organizing products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to effectively recommend and sell merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, professional store environment and participate in promotions.
• Access and organize stock in high storage areas following safety protocols.
• Support flexible scheduling including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts or travel.
