You will promote the store's membership program and drive sales through up-selling, while maintaining attractive displays and accurate transaction processing.

Responsibilities include restocking, inventory organization, assisting with promotions, and keeping the store clean and welcoming.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Basic math abilities are a must.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers promptly and manage multiple customers at once.
• Identify customer needs, offer personalized recommendations and promote memberships.
• Utilize product knowledge to guide customers to relevant merchandise.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale systems.
• Maintain organized displays and store visual merchandising standards.
• Execute inventory tasks including restocking and product organization.
• Support store promotions and sales events to drive performance.
• Ensure a clean, welcoming, and safe store environment.
• Possess flexibility for a schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts.
