HealthPro Heritage in Duxbury, MA is seeking a part-time Rehab Tech to support the Rehab Director and assist with indirect patient care. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to contribute to a patient-centered therapy program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Some experience in healthcare settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and follow directions from licensed professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transporting residents to and from therapy.
• Assist residents in preparation for treatment.
• Assist therapists with resident evaluations and treatment programs.
• Maintain departmental records as directed.
• Maintain inventories and order equipment as required.
• Attend meetings and in-service sessions as directed.
• Adhere to facility policies and participate in quality improvement and safety programs.
• Support compassionate care and project a professional image for Rehab Program.
