Job summary

Heartland ABA seeks energetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home or community settings across Iowa. All positions start part-time with paid training and flexible scheduling to fit your life.

As a valued team member, you will implement evidence-based ABA services, collect data, and work closely with families and a clinical team to help clients reach their goals. RBT certification is required prior to working.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with families and the clinical team to track progress.
