Job summary

Solara Autism Services is seeking compassionate, energetic RBTs to provide in-home ABA services throughout Fairfield County, Connecticut. The role offers flexible part-time hours and competitive hourly pay, with supervision from a BCBA and opportunities for professional development.

As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, implementing individualized treatment plans, and helping develop communication, social, and daily living skills in a natural environment.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• High school diploma required; related degree preferred
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder or developmental disabilities preferred
• Passion for helping children reach their potential
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team
• Able to remain active during therapy sessions (floor play) and lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation and travel within Fairfield County

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, daily living, and adaptive skills
• Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies and behavior intervention techniques
• Collect session data and maintain clinical documentation
• Communicate progress with supervising BCBAs
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development
• Collaborate with families to promote skill generalization
• Maintain a safe, engaging therapeutic environment
• Follow BACB RBT Ethics Code and company policies
