Job summary

Storybook ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time, in-home and community-based ABA therapy. You will collect data, work with clients with autism, and travel to client homes with a reliable vehicle.

The role emphasizes a balanced schedule, professional growth, and supportive supervision from BCBAs. The position offers flexible hours and opportunities to advance within the ABA field, with compensation based on an hourly rate and opportunities for bonuses.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis or with children with autism is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable travelling to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
