Job summary

Storybook ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy. You will collect data, implement behavior plans, and collaborate with a caring team to achieve positive outcomes for children with autism.

This role offers flexible hours, driving to client homes, and competitive hourly pay. RBT certification is required, with training and growth opportunities within our supportive program.

Qualifications

Data collection and progress tracking during sessions.
Strong time management to handle multiple client visits.
Excellent written and verbal communication with families and team.
Reliable transportation to client locations across assigned areas.

Responsibilities

Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
Collect and record behavior and skill acquisition data.
Follow behavior plans and maintain professionalism.
Communicate progress and updates to the supervising BCBA.
Demonstrate punctuality and reliability in all sessions.
Drive to client locations with a personal vehicle.
Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
Prior experience in ABA or with children with autism preferred.
