Job summary

SilverSwing ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. Provide in-home, in-school, or in-clinic 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA, delivering evidence-based interventions that help children progress.

We offer flexible part-time schedules (15–25 hours/week), competitive pay of $25–$30 per hour, generous PTO and holidays, and opportunities for career growth. A high school diploma is required and RBT certification is necessary.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
