Job summary

Behavioral Framework in Virginia is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for in-home ABA therapy. You will work 4–5 weekdays from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., delivering one-on-one sessions and following individualized behavior plans.

The role offers flexible part-time hours, access to free RBT training and certification, and benefits including virtual medical care and growth opportunities. The position pays about $23/hour, with higher rates for previously certified staff.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children.
• High School or Equivalent Education.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Access to a mobile device and ability to navigate technology platforms such as Zoom and Email.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Physically able to participate in ABA therapy.
• Able to assume various postures while working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy in a home setting.
• Implement behavior intervention plans.
• Track data, write progress notes, and collaborate with your BCBA Supervisor.
