Job summary

Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism in a supportive team environment. You will provide 1:1 therapy, follow BCBA-developed plans, and track progress to help clients reach meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment
