Achieve ABA Therapy Group is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children, under BCBA supervision. Part-time positions with morning and after-school availability support flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Passion for working with children and individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to build rapport and engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy to help children develop communication, social, play, daily living, and independence skills.
• Collaborate with families and supervising BCBA to support each child’s growth and progress.
