Job summary
Holy Cross Health in Germantown is seeking a part-time Radiology Technologist to join our diagnostic imaging team. You will produce high-quality radiographs and provide professional patient care, operating DR, CR, fluoroscopy, diagnostic rooms, portable units, and C-arm equipment, including OR settings.
Requirements include graduation from a JRC/ERT approved Radiologic Technology Program, ARRT certification or eligibility, Maryland state license, and CPR certification.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a JRC/ERT approved Radiologic Technology Program.
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or is Registry eligible.
- Licensed by the State of Maryland.
- CPR certified - American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
- Produces high quality radiographs while providing professional and quality care to the patients.
- Ensures radiographs meet state regulations and ALARA principles.
- Operate DR, CR, fluoro, diagnostic rooms, portable and C-arm machines.
- Perform a variety of exams in diagnostic radiology and the OR.
- Identify patient care needs and implement appropriate interventions.
